Thread: National Burial Index

Can anyone tell me please, is there anywhere on-line where there is a pay-per-view access to the NBI. I have finally found my Grandmothers death registration, after years of searching. On her marriage certificate, and on all three of her children's birth registrations, she gave her first name as Annie, when her first names were really Hannah Matilda.



Oh the joys of family history, our ancestors didn't make it easy for us did they If anyone can help, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Thank you Starlight. I tried that only to be told there was no results for my search. Perhaps there are no records for 1913. Thank you again.

That explains it Jeuel, the church district where my Granny died only goes to 1812. Obviously I had the wrong idea about the index. I thought everyone who had been buried was on some sort of national index. My mistake.
