Thread: Sgt. James Smith

Sgt.James Smith (deceased) He was in the Middlesex Reg in WW2, orginally from Seal Kent was married to Gladys Smith nee Broad (deceased) Trying to find burial site and or Army records.

Do you have a date of birth.

trying to find that at mo, all i know is that he was in India during the war. He was orginally from London, moved to Seal nr Sevenoaks met Gladys Broad had 7 Children ( one deceased) in early infancy.... thats all I know

Do you know any of the children's names.



Trying to find a James Smith married to Gladys with no dates etc....isn't going to be easy.



Are you able to ask any of your relatives if they can think of any think that might help.

Children were Brian, Alan Robert,Pamela Sylvia, Evelyn , Shirley ( deceased) in infancy

Sorry, still not much help with out dates. Have you tried the 1911 Census.
