    Hi, Yanmo,

You haven't said whether Thomas was married at the time of the 1891 Census, or what his wife's name was. Do you know where/when he married? There's a Thomas B Walker and wife Helen in St Cuthberts, Yorkshire.

I've no hard & fast rules for finding people and once resorted (eventually successfully) to searching on only the wife's first name and year of birth, then using 'Find on this page' within the browser to look for her known birthplace. Long and laborious, but I get a bit like a dog with a bone ... won't give up!

Happy to do a bit of 'digging' if you can give a bit more info.

Hi Sorry did not get back to you straight away.

Thomas Walker married Gertrude Blackshaw in 1899 in Leeds. They were living in Leeds in 1901

Gertrude was born in Stapenhill Derbyshire 1875.

    Hope this helps.

Sorry, Not having any luck with Thomas (Tom) in 1891. If I've picked up the right family, his father (widowed) and two younger siblings of Tom's (Annie and Alfred) were living in Leeds in 1891. Do you think it is possible that Tom moved to Leeds with them? I'll keep looking, but if anyone else finds him, I too would love to know how!
