Thread: Search Death Year Please

Hi All



Would somebody mind having a look for a death for Maurice Portman in Yorkshire please. Will be after 1937.

Im hoping it should be easy to trace as its not a very common name.

That is one of my Maurice's but not the one i wanted, The One im looking for was born 1890 in Chapeltown Sheffield.

Before I checked the death index from 1984> I looked at the indexes from 1937 - 1960 and not one Maurice. I will go and continue the search ...fingers crossed.

Maurice Portman died Sept 1/4 1965 Wortley West Riding of Yorkshire. Age 75 volume no 2d page no 653.
