Hi Everybody,

Can someone help , its a good job I'm bald other wise this would

have me hairless.

On my g/gmothers Cathrine's m cert 1871, to John Reynolds, as 18yrs, name given as Holgan, and below this it say's descibed on cert as Ullighan

the address on cert is Woodger st,

John & Catherine, had Thamas b 1873. Margret Alice b1878,

John Died.

Catherine m William Hill 21/9/1880,

had William, 1883. Elizabeth, 1886,

Joseph 1893.

William Died.

Catherine m William Burgesss,

had George,1895.

Catherine, d 1935 intered at Flaybrick Hill cem Birkenhead.

I'm trying to prove that Catherine is my great g/mother

as On Margret Alices b cert she is down as

Catherine Reynolds nee Hoolican.

living at 50 James St, Garston, L,pool.

Catherine Died, I believe at 4, Lindith Ave believed to be her daughters Elizabeth ,on cert as E ,Ingoldsby.

I'd be much obliged if someone can "HELP".

Have you seen this census record? Young Catherine's parents both born in Ireland, Elizabeth and Thomas born in Birkenhead, and young Catherine Woolton. William's occupation - Labourer.



The surnames most likely are Hoolighan, or Hoolaghan.
