Thread: looking for ringwood ( married as mosey)

I have death certificates for Alice Jane Mosey (formerly Ringwood prior to marriage) and Richard Mosey, they died Alice - 21/09/1966 aged 74 (born 1892) place - Newcastle general hospital. Richard died 19/06/1955 aged 65 (born1890) place - shotley bridge hospital they lived blackhall mill,Chopwell.

I am struggling to search past these whom are my great grand parents...as most sites seem to lead to nothing.....Any ideas folks would be much appreciated.

I have only really just started looking as I have been passed birth/death certificates of my ancestors and I am willing to do the leg work but coming against brick walls so your help is very appreciated.

My son-in-law is descended from Doris Mosey who was born to Richard and Alice Mosey in 1923. I've been trying to find Richard's parents, and believe they may have been the Moseys living in Southwark at the time of his birth. But he doesn't appear on the 1891 or 1901 Censuses. Have you made any progress since this post?
