Thread: Looking for info on William Young & Charles Young

I have just recently joined to further my research on the "YOUNG" family & origins.



William Young born 1852 in Yeomsfield, Herefordshire, married Elixabeth ?? who was born I think in 1873? at Bishops Sutton, Herefordshire. (I can't find Bishops Sutton or Yeomsfield anywhere, could it have been in Somerset?)

In 1881 I believe the family lived at 33 Hall street, (or Herbert street) in Blackwood, Bedwellty in Momouthshire,

My father Charles Young born in 1906 married my mother Ethel May Thompson then moved up to Sunderland in the 50's

My father joined the Welsh Regiment in 1925 and served until 1933

Would love more info on this and also on dads brothers and sisters, Stanley, Phylis, Elsie and Francis.



Any help or info would be very greatly appreciated.

There's a Bishop's Sutton in Hampshire.

The children were Stanley, Phylis, Elsie , Francis and my father (charles)
