Thread: Raymond Edward Laker 1933-1993

Please can someone help me I am trying to find the Birth Index of Raymond Edward Laker, I have searched on Ancestry and cannot find it......



I do have the Death Index August 1993 which states Reg. District Wolverhampton Inferrred County West Midlands, Registered No D41A, District 0771D, Entry No 184.. BORN 9th February 1933, but could be Caterham Surrey,Croydon. Surrey or Wolverhampton.



Should I apply for the Death Certificate using the above information, which might give the area of birth?

Now why couldn't I find it.......

This Index for Death Certificate appears different to normal, ie usually Volume and Page No. on others I have applied for, is this correct.?
