Default Help with Alice Sweet please

Is there anyone who can help me me discover more about my grandparents.

I know my grandmother was Alice Sweet, born in Tewkesbury in 1890. I would also like to find out about her husband Thomas Green, but I have no information about him.

I would be so pleased if you have any info that can help with the search.

    Regards

    Helent

Helen I also found this marriage... Hmmmm..Perhaps these two married late in years or another thought is that both parties were married before.?? Jane being the Step Mother of John???? Until I hear back from you Helen will leave the searching until later.. Too much can confuse you as well if you are new to all of this...Just put this last bit of info to one side and give it some thought about the marriage for 1868.

    Dear Lady Marion,

Thank you so much for your help.

Yes it does all get a bit confusing.

I have tried to look at my grandfather William, I think his father was Bartholomew Sweet. And there is a few of them with this name.

I could find no records from 1841 census, so wondered if they had come from another area perhaps. The family are local undertakers and have been here in busines s apparently for 150yrs. My grandfather was a carpenter and so was his father before him I think. All help very welcome.

    Dear Marion,

Can you find out more about my mothers siblings? My Mother is Catherine I Green, she was born Dec 1915 according to your info. She has an older sister called Doris, but she does not show up? I think the other sister called Edith M, born 1913 is called Mabel?

I would be so grateful if you can find anything else for me.

    Regards

    Helen
