wilfred was born 06/08/1906 and parents are listed as william thomas rivett and elizabeth rivett, formerly white. he was born in deeping st james, it says it on the birth certificare and the place of residence is listed as deeping st james.



winifred was born in 1904 in bourne to thomas william rivett and elizabeth rivett formerly white.



george alfred rivett was born 30/12/1913 in glinton which is shown as peterborough. parents are listed as william thomas rivett and elizabeth rivett formerly white and residing in glinton.



elizabeth matilda rivett death certificate shows her to be aged 67 when she died 07/10/1935 and she was in holbeach area



thomas william rivett death certificate shows him to be 81 when he died 09/10/1953 in newborough, peterborough where i believe he lived with his daughter winifred although i cannot find the birth record i am told she was born 1904. i was told that he had another brother but i cannot find any other record of a child to elizabeth and thomas.



i am having a problem as i cannot find any record of a marriage between rivett and white either in spalding or surrounding areas.



i suspect white may have been from a previous marriage as the birth certificate all state the name as formerly and not maiden name.



i have found an elizabeth born around 1868 who married a henry white but they had a child in 1891 in spalding. any suggestions welcome

There is also a John Thomas Rivett b. Jun Qtr 1909, Bourne. 7a/372.

just need to find the info for the marriage date and birth locations of elizabeth and thomas.

I can not find a marriage for them either...I did find a birth for an Elizabeth Matilda White registered in Islington in Sep Qtr 1879, who could be yours, but as it is impossible to tell without more info, I didn't put it up. The FreeBMD have the ref as 1b/223.

You my need to wait until the release of the 1911 census so that you have a birth place & approx year of birth.

i suspect that they married about 1903/4 as their first child was born in 1904 in bourne. it is possible they married in peterborough. i think i may have to look for a rivett born about 1871/2 with the first name combinations of thomas william who married a woman called elizabeth and go from there. i have been looking for an elizabeth white born 1861/2 in the census records but with no look so far
