Default 1834 birth look up, Llanidloes

I know this is a long shot, but is there anyone who could look up a couple of births (or baptisms) for me?

Eliza Rees (or Woodburn) born about 1829, Llanidloes

Mary Ann Rees ( or Woodburn) born 1834 Llanidloes.

I think that both girls' mother was Sarah Rees?

The surname confusion is because both girls appeared in censuses as Rees until they married, but got married with the surname Woodburn. Confusing. Their "sister" Sarah changed from Rees to Gittins but she was born later so I could get her certificate.

    Thanks,

    Liz

Yes, that's the family. Sarah is my GG Grandmother. I found there was a problem when I got my Great Grandmother's birth cert - her mother's name was Sarah Day, maiden name Rees. But I couldn't find a marriage for a Sarah Rees to George Day, the only sensible one I could find was for Sarah Gittins. Then suddenly we found the birth register for Sarah Gittins Rees.

On looking through the censuses it was possible to work out that Eliza Rees probably married a Pugh (from grandchildren living with the family.). But again no marriage. Got birth cert for Thomas Herbert Pugh, with family in 1861 - parents Herbert Pugh and Eliza Woodburn. Got marriage cert for them - witnesses Mary Ann Woodburn and Owen Gittins! From 1861 census when Mary Ann is with Rees family, her husband is John Owens - have since found marriage record for Mary Ann Woodburn and John Owen(s).

So you can see why I'm confused!

PS - should have said that I've no idea who the Thomas Rees was in the 1841 - Sarah always appeared as unmarried, so maybe he was her brother. And I've failed to find any other mention of the other sister.
