Hi



I am stuck i cant find my gr. grandmothers family her name was Margaret Marras she was born about 1889 and married a William Graham on 6 jul 1910 in Port Glasgow and died 14 May 1946 in Clydebank. On her marriage cert it gives her parents as James Marras deceased and was a Labourer and her mother a Rachael Ross. I found her mothers death on scotlands people she died 1918 age 59 in Port Glasgow but i can't find her marriage or birth or her husbands birth or death i also cant find Margarets birth. I have come to the conclusion that they were not from Scotland and maybe margaret and her mother came to Scotland when she married. I dont know where to start looking i thought it was maybe the spelling so i tried Marris too as that is how my dad thought it was spelt but no success.



Any help or advice would be much appreciated
