I have come to a brick wall with these names. I have my Grandfather

Charles Girven Boyd born around 1885 and my Grandmother Julia Kennedy born around 1890 married in 1913 in Ballymena Antrim. I cannot find anything out about their parents etc.. Any ideas where to look? I know records are hard to find in that area. Does anyone know when the next whole census will be available and will anyone have access to it? They may still have lived at home at that time.
