Possible birth in Scotland

Hi, I've posted before that I'm in search of my Grandfathers birth.

I believed that he and his siblings were born in England or India. I cannot find their births in these 2 countries.

A family member just told me that he used to say that he was from Scotland.

Can someone please do a look up for me.

Arthur Bousten or Bowsten Rockley 1890-92

Frank Melville Rockley 1886

they all seem to have come back separately. i think they were born india

Thank you welshlady.. yes I have these and I have the list of them going from Liverpool to India too.

I was told that they came to India to run the mill.

Is there anyway that you can check up Scotland records?

The Arthur shown on these list is their father.

I cannot find my grand father (Arthur) traveling.

i dont have acces to any scotland records except census on ancestry. they bring up no rockleys at all for scotland
