I just can't get past the block on my Jones side, as it is such a popular name. I just wish the 1911 census was online now cause I could at least find out where my great grandmother Mary Marion Jones c1878 came from. I have the 1907 marriage cert (age 29) St Pancras ,1933 death cert (age 56)Watford and 1912 birth cert of her daughter (my gran) Willesden,Middlesex and still no closer finding where she came fromEven her father's name Edward Jones was a common one and the occ wasn't understandable as a particular one he was a 'Keeper' I was told there was a link to lock keeping in Middlewich but there isn't anything on the 1901 census for this. I was also told he was a Game keeper by another family member so I don't know which one to believe.
The marriage address was a boarding house.
I was also told that Mary had a brother who was a Jeweller in Liverpool so I have asked for a lookup on here so poss I can find the family on the other census logs.
Anyone have any ideas
Michelle
