Thread: 1901 census - Nellie Robinson Aged 2

Who were Nellie's parents? She is shown as a 2 year old born in Brighton. I would be grateful if someone has access to the 1901 census and could look it up for me. This could be my missing grandmother - she was always known as Nell but was registered as Helen.

Many thanks but that ain't her after all. Grandma's parents were Marion & Ernest William Robinson, both from Brighton. I managed to find Marion with eldest daughter Lydia but no sign of either the father or younger daughter Helen (she was born 7th March 1898).

Hi, where did you find Marion and Lydia? Were they together? I ask as I think I've found Lydia in 1901 in her paternal grandparents household, however Marion isn't with her.

Ooops! Sorry, yes Lydia was with her grandparents where she lived until she married. Her mother Marion was in Cambridge Street until 1935 but no sign of her first husband (Ernest William) until his death in 1954 in Hanworth, Mdx.
