Thread: James Tindall abt 1820

I am trying to find a birth date for James or James Frederick Tindall born abt 1820 in Middlesex(probably St George Hanover Sq).He married Emma Jones 11 Sep 1842 St George Hanover Sq and showed William Tindall as father and Mitilda Tindall as a witness.

The 1841 census shows a James Tendill with father William and a sister Metilda.I think this is the correct family with a transcription error.

I would also like to get the correct spelling of Metilda. Should it be Ma,Me or Mi?

Thanks for the info re Matilda.I thought it should be spelt Ma but it never showed up in the records that way.
