Thread: ethel allen lookup

I am trying to find the birth of Ethel Allen born the 15th july 1900 or 1901

I cannot find any birth records for her at all.

She may have been born in the Sedgley or Tipton area.

I would be greatful if anyone could help me at all.

There's a Philip Scally married to Ethel Allen in Dec Qrt 1919 in Newcastle Ref No 6b 196

I am finding it totally impossing to trace any line of the allen family.

My grandmother was ethel allen and the marraige cert names her father as Edward Allen deceased.

She had a sister Elizebeth, brother Harry, Brother Richard and all lived at one time in the Macclesfield area.

No trace of them is showing up on the census or can I obtain any birth certificates for any of them.

Any job for the father

yes age 19 which takes her birth date to 1900 or 1901 july 15th

fathers proffession is silk dyer on her marr cert and on her sisters marr cert hawker.

They came from the Macclesfield area and worked in the silk mills there until moving to newcastle under lyme.
