Thread: John Robert Bampton & Jane Maria Bampton

Hi,

I have been trying to find out when my great grandfather, John Robert Bampton (1864) & his wife Jane Maria Bampton (nee Gregory) (1862) died.

I have them registered as living in Slough in 1901 Cencus but I have not been able to find any record. Can anyone help as they did not move abroad as my dad remembers them when he was a child in 1930s.

Hi John Robert Bampton b1864 Married Jane Maria Bampton(Gregory)b1862 Children Mary Jane B1884-1957(married William Blake Coote) Clarence George b1887-1943, Fred Gregory Bampton b1891-1917(killed in action in France) and Corrie Bampton b1900-1921(Died in India) sorry thats all I can find regards Bimbo.

Thanks for that, Mary Jane Bampton was my nan but for some reason I cannot find out when they died, especially as my dad would love to know & I have exausted all my avenues.
