About LinkBacksCan anyone tell me how to obtain hospital records, particularly concerning a Mental Institution ? The dates would be from late 1952 to around 1960.
It's St. Crispins in Northampton and I'm looking for a Jack Anthony Perkins.

Should tell you where the records are kept - but whether you will have access to them is another issue.
