Thread: Charles Taylor Young...Spouse.

Hi.



I have found Chas (Charles) Taylor Young in the 1881 Census with wife Alice Emma born c1852 in Manchester Lancs with one child Edith M Taylor Young born Dec 1880

in Bakewell. I also have a death record for Alice Emma Sep 1899 aged 47 Bakewell.

I can't find a marriage date/Place which would hopefully give me her maiden name, so long as there wasn't two Alice's

It might be safer to get her child's birth certificate but the age and place of birth fits.

Many thanks for that info. It's quite possible that Alice was a Jepson, I'm not going to rule that info out.

They are both visitors, both married and both born in Manchester.

Mary also is married but no husband is on the image. All stated as independant in occupation column. Alice and Edith are unmarried.
