Thread: Hunt - Dugan windsor

Hi it's me again, my grandads mum's maiden name was Dugan. We think her first name was ada. She married in 1908 we think! to Walter Hunt in windsor. Someone in the family thinks she was irish(but not 100% sure). Any ideas how I can find out about her. Can't find her on any censuses but might be looking in the wrong place!! Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

If you buy the marriage cert it will tell you the couples fathers names and occupations which should make it easier to find the families on the census.

Thanks for that, I will look in it. Have managed to get in touch with a distant cousin on that side of the family today who's brother was doing some research into the Hunt side of the family so hopefully she'll have some more accurate info for me to go on and I'll have lots more questions to ask!!
