Thread: 1891/1901 Lookup Help

Hi,



Can anyone lookup an address for me in the 1891 census. I believe my Hughes family should be living there and I just cant find them anywhere!!



A marriage certificate has Thomas Hughes age 19 living at 59 Wentworth Street, Whitechapel in 1890 when he married a Rachael Pearson. I also think his father should be living there as well but i just cant find them on the 1891 census?



Can anyone help?



Both Thomas's (father and son) are both Fish Curer's and are from the Bethnal Green area

I had seen this entry before and it is the correct family. The whole family is quite confusing as my starting point was Emma Letty Hughes born 1894 to Rachael and Thomas. i think in 1901 Emma may have been living with her Grandmother as she is not on this census then after that I get stuck as I cannot find them in 1891 then have little information about Thomas's father only that he also was a fish curer born in the Bethnal green area. I think its starting to drive me mad now trying to find them"!!

Sorry, I went from the title of your thread and thought you needed a 1901 look up as well..

I cant see them on the 1891..

Thats ok its probably me being confusing but I would like to look at the 1901 census for a Emma L Hughes. I have also found an entry for this before and it says living with Grandmother Mary Henry but im not so sure this should be Henry and wondered whether it had been entered incorrectly unless the Grandmother has remarried but there is no Henry anywhere else in my Tree.
