Thread: can anyone help me

Ok so i have searched a few sites and seem that I cannot find info on somethings... I am looking for any info on Thomas Peshek and or Anna Peshek (nee: Petr) all I know is that they married had 2 sons named Louis I. Peshek (I= Ignatious, spelled different ways, also Ignatious was his first name possibly). and a son by the name of Michael. They also had 2 daughters Mary (Kuhn), and an Anna (Schiner|) I also know that both Thomas and his wife Anna were born in Bohemia. and came to settle in the Ohio area. mainly cuyahoga seeing that Ignatious/Louis was born in cleveland,ohio.. Thanks for your help anything is appreciated

Hi;

I went to http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi and did an advanced search for the surname PESHEK and State OH. I turned up 34 entries. There are a couple of Anna's which might be yours. When I did a nationwide surname search it only turned up 155 entries. I left the given name out, as the search seems to be quite literal, when searching for Anna for example; I put Ann, hoping for Ann, Anne, Anna, Annie etc, but the search turned up nothing unless I put Anna, then it had results. There didn't seem to be any Thomas' or Toms etc.

There is a link to the SS-5 letter on the right hand side for printing out and ordering a photocopy of the original application.

Thank you, but yes I have seen this.. This is my uncle I remember when he died cause he died a few months before my grandpa did...

Thank you... I too have been having a difficult time trying to find the Thomas Peshek LOL i hope i will find more info out on him LOL... I will deff have to check out that site thanks again
