Lived in Brighton from 1871 onwards.

Children ( born 1862 to 1878 were ..

Elizabeth Mary, Ann , Jane, Edward, Alice, Walter and Alfred

Sorry - I should have said that Edward Dorricott was born in Weston Shropshire in abt 1836.



However - I haven't managed to trace/prove his parents yet.

so far my research has found john dorricott 1821 married to mary ? he was from westbury,he was my gggrandfather.i would really like to know who is parents were,maye he had a brother,

hi my gggrandfather john dorricott had three childre ann,jane and henry i am finding it impossible to trace ann or jane but john born 1821 westbury,well who his parents were is a mystery, i thought westbury was a small place and john dorricott would be easy to find but there are several with same name ,so now trying to see if anyone knows anything about jane or ann born montford i think,their mother was mary preston but even this is a guess,hope this rings a few bells,thanks
