Thread: London Areas?

Hello,



Sorry if I am being a little thick but some of the census sheets I have been looking through have said EC London or WC London instead of the actual parishes.



Any idea what these initials stand for?

Google, WC London Postcodes, ect, this will give you the area covered

WC1 = west city EC1 = east city. I think the queen has E1 but its an city centre postcode, hope it helps coz i dont know the full details.
