Default Freebmd website / Scotland ?

I have a sister of a ancester who i can find no trace of after her marriage and the 1901 census. As her married name seems to be Scottish I was just wondering if there is a similar site to Freebmd that covers Scotland ?

I'm only curious about her so don't want to spend money on her (yet) just after a few clues if it's possible...

There is a scotlandspeople thread on the help offered board - you could ask for a look up

The IGI does cover baptisms and marriages 1553-1875. (Some parishes are more complete than others.) If she was born or married prior to 1875 you might hit lucky.
