You will need to apply for a copy certificate to find out who their fathers were, this can be obtained at the following link and will cost £7.00

Once you have theses details another check can be made on Cencus.

    Hi

Then theres this extracted record from Family search..

    Marriage

    JOHN DICKSON Elizabeth Spooner

Marriage: 30 MAY 1841 Saint Leonards, Shoreditch, London, England.

If this is the marriage then they would have been on the 1841c together..

I do agree with Nanna that you need to buy the marriage cert to see who the dads are.

    Hi

I would just like to say thank you to you both for your time to help me, I have sent for the marriage cert already waiting for it to come, I thought I would take a shot to see if there was any other relatives but I think I will have to wait for the cert by the looks of it.

One of these days I might come across a surname that is so easy to find in records without going through all the differents ways of spelling it, still I think that to much to ask for don't you think lol.

Anyway once again thank you very much to you both, and good

    luck with your research.

    Regards

    Kim
