Thread: Record of Death for Lilla Grayston

LILLA GRAYSTON b. 1866 Linton Cambs, Married a cousin

Herbert George Grayston 22 Nov. 1890, Son William b.11th April 1894 Kings Lynn, NORFOLK

Herbert then went to Canada early 1900s but do not know if Lilla went with him, as young William

was taken to Canada around 1906 by another cousin Bertha Grayston, who married Herbert on the 8th Aug.1908 in Canada

It seems that Lilla must have died between 1894 & 1908 but I cannot find any record of a death.

Did Lilla die shortly after the birth of her son in Kings Lynn or did she go to Canada and die over there.?

Any help to find the death in Kings LYNN or CANADA would be most welcome

Herbert's burial was in Beechwood, Ottawa.

Hi Dotsharry,

Have checked Free BM&D's/findmypast 1894 - 1901 inclusive so far without trace, have to go and get evening meal ready now but will check 1902 -1908 later if no one else has picked up on thread.
