Having virtually exhausted my own family tree I'm considering starting on my partners. My family all come from Britain, but his nearest generations are from New Zealand, with roots in the UK and Croatia.



I'm well versed now in British ancestry research, but have no idea where to start with tracing NZ and Croatian ancestors. Can anyone recommend some good resources?
