Thread: Eliza L Meredith 1899 look up please?

Hello,



Is there anyone with more resources than me out there who could possibly look up my Great Grandmother please?



Eliza lived at 25 South Lambeth Road or 126 Brook Street at the time of the birth of her daughter, Winifred Gertrude probably illegitimate.

(Information from Winifred's birth certificate)

Her marriage certificate shows her as Elizabeth L but Winifred's birth certificate curiously shows her as Lily Eliza.

Her own birth certificate shows her as Eliza Louisa. Registered 1st Qtr 1900.



Eliza married Francis Eglinton Luttman and I have a possible link with another tree if I can find siblings or parents for Eliza.



Can anyone help...pretty please?

What is Eliza's mother's name on her birth cert??

Sorry, I don't have Eliza's birth certificate, only her daughter Winifred's

I would be inclined to get Eliza's Birth cert to verify who her parents were..

the GRO ref being 1900 1st Qtr Lambeth Vol 1d Pg 403.



or her marriage cert to get her father's name and occupation.

I can't seem to see her on the 1901 Census

That has been my stumbling block...

The birth certificate finally arrived - they must have had trouble too as it is well over the promised delivery date

Moved about a bit didn't they



Think I have got a marriage for them in Lambeth JFM 1893 but due to the age of the children am cautious about Charles and Agnes's families.
