Thread: Birth not registered?

I have been looking on Scots origins, and SP for 2 births but have had no joy.

Margaret Donaldson, and her brother Archibald. Parents are Robert Donaldson and Margaret Heugh. I have them all on census living in Bathgate West Lothian. There is one daughter named Janet, who is listed on IGI numbers for Bathgate. I have a copy of Archibalds marriage and his parents are on the cert as Robert Donaldson and Margaret Heugh.
