Thread: Parents of William F Kyte

Trying to find parents of William Frederick Kyte b 1869 Salisbury, Wilts. I know his father was George-I have him on William's marriage cert. in 1908-but can't find him before that. Any help is appreciated, Sharon.

Sharon was George still alive in 1908??

Well, funny you should ask(!),Just dug out the cert. and surprise surprise, George was deceased. Should have checked that before,so sorry. Since found William on 1881 census in an orphanage in Barton Regis but don't know what happened to his parents. Sharon.

Think I found William and his mother on the 1871 age 2...

there was another in Devizes but as the registration district on the 1871 Census is Alderbury I thought the one I posted the most likely one..
