Thread: John Fletcher diary

Hi all



Awhile back i recieved an extract of a diary of my rellie's from the 1800's in scotland.

Now one of my rellies sent a copy of the diary to Dumfries and Galloway family history society back in november 1989 so they could keep a copy.

Unfortunately she died in 1991 and the society say they cant find it, not exactly great but it has been awhile.

Does anyone know what i can do to find the diary?

Also the person who sent me a copy dosent know where the actual diary is as it was just an extract from a magazine.



Any help would be great

Have you any idea what the magazine was?

I would ask the society to put a query in their own magazine.
