Christine was born in Chippenham in 4'th quarter 1941 to Doris Rose [nee Poole]Lowe and Edgar lowe have searched for their Marriage Date can not find.can anyone help with this Date and Place.Liz

Have checked BM&D's for 1938 - 1948 without success, sorry.

I also have looked up in to the 50's no success.Drawn conclusion they were not Married.Have found Marriage of Edgar Lowe to a Rose Bendell 1926 ,child born Derek e Lowe 1927 around 4'th qu.Edgar's parent's Robert and Marion.Have spoken to family in uk and they believe the same thing.Doris was with first husband Herbert Harlod Warwick up until late 30's.Think my Mum had it a bit wrong with names have found out speaking to family that Edgar's Parent are the Marion and Robert not Ralph like Mum had,maybe they left their Parentners and started a new life together.Divorces back then cost a lot and if the innocent Parties didnt agree to Divorce because of the hurt it did'nt happen.liz
