Looking for William Henry Hodson born June 1868 in Hartshead Tameside (Ashton)

Married Annie Cheetham in March 1899. The only Census I could find was in the 1881 living as an inmate in a school for the deaf and dumb but his birthplace given as Hurst Lancashire
