Thread: Leighton Buzzard Look up - PleaseXXXX

Hi



I was wondering if anyone could do me a marriage look up

From free bmd I have acquired the following

George Sargent married

Julia Timms

in Sept 1887 - Leighton Buzzard



I live in Yorkshire and we have Yorkshire BMD which provided details of exactly which church the couple married in - does Bedfordshire have a site like this?, I assume Leighton Buzzard is classed as Bedfordshire??

As far as I know there isn't any site which will give you the information. I could look it up for you though next week?

Its a shame that no such site exists, the Yorkshire BMD site is invaluable.



A look up would be fantastic if thats ok, I dont want you going to too much trouble.

Sorry Gayle - the marriage isn't in Leighton Buzzard. As it was in LB registration district I guess it could have been in a number of other parishes. It looks as if you might have to buy the certificate I'm afraid

Hi Gayle - it wasn't in the parish records but I found it in a non-conformist marriage index - I'm trying to track down the church
