Looking for Parsons family, My g-grandfather William born in Moulsford Berkshire 1850, was a shepherd. Wife's name was Mary - looking for her last name, also marriage date, death dates.



On 1881 census Susan Parsons, age 70 is living with them, listed as mother, and born in 1811 in Early Bottom (?), Oxfordshire. Need details from then - back.



My Grandma was Ada Rose, siblings James and Alice. I think there was another brother, but not sure, and no proof.

After I posted here I went into my Ancestry.com tree and found another link to my Grandma's name - I think I found a living some-sort-of-cousin in Berkshire! I've sent off an e-mail, to ask her if she thinks we are the same line! Your information coincides with much of her's.

There are two more houses with Parsons in on the same folio.

I'm sorry, I haven't had any luck with the marriage. There are 3 possible ones to a Mary Ann but can't find a Mary G. I have checked the image and it does look like a G. It is possible that she went by a middle name. In this case the birth certificate of one of her children might give you her name.
