Thread: Missing From 1901 Census

How can I prove that there is a page missing from the 1901 census?

Do you know for sure a page is missing, or is their someone you can't find, which makes you think there's a missing page?



If the latter, post known details ie. name, age, where born, where living, other family members, and someone will take a look for you.

Some pages from census were unreadable , also im sure i read some were also lost .

There are some members of my family missing from the census. I thought they were all dead until I met some cousins who were descended from them. I was shown the house they were living in in 1901. I have searched every page for the area.

Are any parts missing on the 1901 returns?

Parts of Deal, Kent. You may also find that the odd page has suffered damage and so certain information is missing.
