Thread: mansion house death

hi

I'm trying to find out more about accidental death at the Mansion House, London, of Samuel Key about 1914, who fell to his death whilst painting the building. (Family tales hint at liquid lunch involved, bit like Red Bull!!) Can anyone suggest what newspaper/s might have carried a report. Lived in Islington, died in the City. I've tried contacting Mansion House but they keep no records of such events.

I have been so lucky by scrolling through old local newspapers this was before i had comp. ect and just started searching, the people at libary who were also researching gave me so much help , trouble their too kept getting sidetracked as their so interesting to read.

That im not sure on , try links on forums once there on right it says search this forum click and put in newspapers and all links to them will come up.
