Thread: I need some help

Can any one help me.

I need to find the Church or at least the parish for the marriage of my G.G Grandfather.

His name is George Walden & he married Eliza (possibly also a Walden). The ref from the Free BMD Marriage index is Vol.7 P.236 Southampton. The date is 1847 Jan~March quarter.

Any help would be appreciated

The best place to find the details for the marriage is from the actual certificate itself. That should give you both the parish and the church.
