Hi, what year approx was Charles Tipping born?

Thanks for info on Charles Layton Tipping as I've only just found out that he is a great uncle my g/fathers brother, I new his other two brothers very well Ernest and Norman and though he only died in 1952 they never ever mentioned another brother

and my father also. I was born in "Much Woolton" 1933.
