could i be cheeky and ask for the next census as i was trying to find out charles parents and when i looked there are 2 daughters so i have 2 options for his mum?? hope you don't mind at a guess i would think it's hanah

as his daughter gets named rose hannah but you can't go on guesses lol

I have checked all the other census dates for you but there is nothing that will help as to who his mother was.



In 1871 he was a servant



In 1881 he was a lodger



In 1891 and 1901 he was married with his own family - and did not have his mother living with him.
