Hoxton is in the London Borough of Hackney



Hetton is in North Yorkshire



Haxton - can not find any place in England called Haxton



So I reckon is must be Hoxton

The smudged image doesn't help but two of the children are transcribed as being born in Campton Hampshire, which I know is meant to be Compton. So the "A" is probably meant to be an "O" in that one too.
