Thread: Joshua Nelson

Joshua Nelson married Annie Hill and in leeds 1919 their daughter Ann Alexander Nelson was born. I am trying to find the marriage details of Joshua also where he came from, I know he was a theatre manager in Leeds and Liverpool but so far I can't find any information about him, any help will be greatly appreciated

I have worked backwards through the images on Ancestry from 1920. The only Jushua Nelson marriage is the one showing on Free BMD.

I found that one and even wondered if they had got the names crossed over, Bertha Hill and Harriet Annie Baker, guess I will just have to keep on plodding until I find the answer to the problem,

I have already checked that. Bertha is on the image with the same reference but no Ann Hill in Bolton.
