Married my G.Grandmother (widow)30 aug 1913 age 27 batchelor, platelayer on railway. father George Martin,farm labourer. address 14 Oak Terr,Sherburn in Elmet.my G.Grandmother was Rachel Ann Ball. maiden name Gray born in Pocklington 1877. Who was George Martin where did he come from? we think Suffolk not sure. he served in the first WW. cannot find anything about him can anyone sugest where i look next?
