Thread: 1851 Census - Huddersfield

I am trying to follow the Cockill family. Details from the 1841 census

George Cockill aged 60

Grace Cockill aged 20

George Cockill aged 15

Lydia Cockill aged 10

All living at Marsh, Kirkburton, Sheply



Not sure if George, aged 60 is grandfather, or father.

Could parents have been working away.



In 1861 George now 35 is shown as been born Carlton, Otley. Living with his wife Rebecca and son Joseph, in Leeds



Any help from the 1851 census would be appreciated.
