Thread: John Rawling

Hello,



I'm trying to locate the marriage details of John Rawling & Hephsheba Laughton, and therefor their parents names, well at least their fathers. They had two sons that I know of John Rawling baptised in Hartlepool in 1815 and William Wilkinson Rawling born around 1827. John Rawling Junior immigrated to Australia I'm not sure of what ship but he was married in 1841. I'm descended from him.



There is a John Rawling listed as being born in 1789, Staithes, Yorkshire in the 1851 Census. I'm not sure if this is the man I'm looking for. Any help would be much appreciated.

You are unlikely to get father's names on marriages of this date.
