Thread: 1891 &1901 census look up

Can anyone help. I need a lookup for Nellie Lousa Crick in the 1891 and 1901 census. Her father was Fred Mist Crick and they lived in Leicestershire. Nellie was born in 3rd quarter 1888, her mother died when she was born. Many Thanks Brenda

The Burbage's were Fred's neighbours in both years and seem to have been a massive family...

Thank you for that. I have a bit of a mystery here. I had Fred Mist Crick married to Louisa Payne in 1888..that I know is correct. I also know that Louisa died in 1889. They had a child born (I thought 1888) I know also that Fred married again in 1899, he married Mary L Dines which ties in with the 1901 census. In the 1891 census Louisa is missing, I know that she died and we have a child called Lovi D.M. Crick,(born about 1890).... also a nurse, so would presume this is Louisas child.I had their child as being Nellie Louisa Crick, which is why I asked for help with the look up in the first place.I cannot remember where I got my initial info from. Do you have acccess to BMD, I have looked in Free BMD but cannot find a birth of Lovi Crick, also as this is such an unusual name, I wonder if it has been transcribed wrongly.The

Nellie Louise Crick i had belongs to a different family. Any suggestions!!! Brenda
