Thread: can anyone help.

Ive been trying to find whare my husbands grandfather was born for ages now. This is the information i have so far.



Mark Crutcher/Croucher m Elizabeth Ayres.



1. Isaac b) 5/8/1895, I.of W.

2. Mark b) 1897/8 , I.of W.

3. Walter b) 18/4/1898, I.of.W.

4. Albert b)

5. James b)7/1/1903, Iof.W.

6. Annabella b) 15/1/1906 I.of.W.

7. Henry b) 13/3/1908 I.of.W.



Albert is the one ive had problems with, i was told he was born 1901 in dorset, somerset, new forest, Isle of Wight, i have had all thesse places search and have nothing all of his brothers and sister i have found on the isle of wight and have a couple of certificates. If anyone can help locate his birth would be fantastic to be able to get a certificate. Thankyou.

Do you have details of Mark and elizabeth's marriage - the date and where it took place?

There's an Albert Croucher born 1st quarter 1900 in Faversham Kent.



I wondered if this could be him.

I had the 1901 census as them being ayres thankyou Slizzy. Not to sure on the birth one though as he was meant to be Albert Edward Crutcher or Ayres i have had him searched as Ayres aswell as Crutcher in other districs. How could i find out if either of these are him? Thankyou agin for helping.
